The year 2020 made many of us, who may have otherwise not given it any thought, more aware of our mental health. As our norms were shattered, many of us were alone, some of us jobless, missing the personal connection of going out with friends and having our large family gatherings. It took its toll and even as things are opening back up, there are residual effects. "How are you?.... I'm fine..." We utter both these with such thoughtless ease. But have you asked anyone how they are REALLY doing? Have you asked yourself how are you doing?

In this episode of "Off Script" - with Nick Stevenson he is honored to be joined by his mother Eura Stevenson, and his daughter Maddie Stevenson, as the last 3 generations on this branch of the Stevenson family tree get together and discuss the role mental health has played in each of their lives. The wisdom being passed on fro one generation to another will surely touch you and hopefully remind you that of all the people in your life, its family over everything.
